How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order after it's been placed, please email us as soon as possible at support@kuxiu.co.
If you're contacting us from a different email than the one used to place the order, be sure to include your order number. You may also provide additional details such as your phone number or shipping address to help us locate your order.
The sooner you contact us, the easier it will be to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email automatically (note: if you didn’t enter an email during checkout, we won’t be able to send updates).
The confirmation email will include your tracking number(s) and a link to track your shipment.
Depending on product availability in different warehouses, your order may be split into multiple packages and shipped separately from different countries—each with its own tracking number.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
In some cases, orders may be shipped from nearby regions or distant countries. During transit, packages may go through customs clearance and be handed over to local couriers.
Tracking updates may pause during this process and resume once the package reaches your country.
Please be patient. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 8 days, feel free to reach out to us at support@kuxiu.co.
How can I return a product?
If you’re not satisfied with your product or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team before returning it. We’ll provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Please do not send the product back without contacting us first, as it may result in lost packages and affect your refund.
To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reviewing our Return Policy in advance.
